LADY TABLE
Commissioned for an inter-generational women's gathering in New York City, the Lady Table was designed to foster new types of conversation.
Typically, we chat with the people we are seated next to or across from, but by creating a table that twists and turns, we imagined fostering new types of conversations via new adjacencies. The table top was cut from standard 4’ x 8’ plywood sheets, and is supported by basic yet sturdy off-the-shelf metal legs. The table can be quickly and easily assembled and disassembled, making it ideal for a variety of locations and events.
